Recite Trisandhya
Recite the Trisandhya prayers every day at all three Sandhya times.
According to Sanatan tradition, at the three junctions of the day Lord Mahavishnu is praised and thanked for sustaining and governing creation. Morning Brahma Muhurta, midday, and sunset—the hour of cow dust—are known as the three Sandhya times.
As the intense influence of Kali Yuga grew, daily spiritual duties and the Trisandhya stream faded from common life. Mahapurush Achyutananda Das Ji therefore described Trisandhya in Bhavishya Malika as an essential path for freedom from the impurities of the age and for the welfare of all humanity.
Trisandhya is described as life-restoring medicine for human life. It is practiced to seek the Lord, experience the divine, receive protection in difficult times, and progress toward liberation.
