According to Chaturyuga calculation of Kaliyuga, there should be 4,32,000 years of enjoyment. But due to the sinful deeds committed by humans, the age of Kali Yuga gets reduced. According to the book Bhavishya Malika, the age of this Kaliyuga is going to decay due to the 35 types of sins, the names of all those sins are described in the following manner:-

Due to the above mentioned sinful deeds, the age of Kaliyuga will be reduced to only 5,000 years. The great man Achyutanand ji said all these things in his 'Uddhav Bhakti Pradayini' It is written in the book. In this, the conversation that takes place between Uddhav ji and Mahaprabhu Shri Krishna ji and while answering the questions asked by Uddhav ji regarding the end of Kaliyuga, Lord Shri Krishna has made it clear that –
“Chari Laksha Ate Batis Sahasra Ayush e Kaliyuga.
Sin badhibaru ayu katijib alap hoib bhog.”
That is -
The age of 4,32,000 years of Kaliyuga will decay to only 5,000 years.
In Dwapara Yuga, there is a narration of Lord Shri Krishna along with his best friend Arjun, and at that time Arjun questions Lord Shri Krishna regarding the end of Kaliyuga, establishment of religion and incarnation of Lord Kalkidev. Lord Shri Krishna describes many pastimes to Arjun. The great man Achyutanand Ji Maharaj said the same things. 'Chaushathi Panel', 'Neel beautiful Geeta' etc. have been described in many of their texts.
Arjun has asked Mahaprabhu Shri Krishna that if the age of Kaliyuga was sure to last for 4,32,000 years and due to sins, Kaliyuga will decay to 5,000 years, then "O Lord, now please tell us as to which sins will cause the age of Kaliyuga to be reduced."।
Then Lord Shri Krishna mainly describes which sins and how many years of age of Kaliyuga will be reduced due to which sins.
- From the sin of lying: 5000 years
- By bathing naked in Ganga :12000 years
- Dwija's love for someone else: 30000 years
- From the sin of betrayal to a friend: 6000 years
- By not worshiping the idol of Mahavishnu ji: 17000 years
- By not worshiping Mother Tulsi Devi: 5000 years
- By not serving the guest: 6000 years
- From the sin of treason: 40000 years
- From eating non-edible: 8000 years
- Taking away others' money :10000 years
- From the sin of cow slaughter :100000 years
- By misusing charity: 14000 years
- By committing adultery with widow women: 24000 years
- From the sin of killing living beings: 11000 years
- By loving without following the rules of caste, religion, varna: 12000 years
- From the sin of foeticide:7000 years
- From the sin of murdering a woman: 32000 years
- From snatching of cow grazing and cremation ground: 40000 years
- From the sin of kidnapping one's mother: 5000 years
- From the sin of betrayal: 40000 years
- From the sins of murder of father and mother and injustice: 3000 years
In this way, Kaliyuga will be reduced from 4,32,000 years to 4,27,000 years to only 5,000 years.. This is evidenced by the above thoughts, various scriptures, Puranas, and Malika texts that the age of Kaliyuga decays due to many sinful deeds and the age of this Kaliyuga will also decay in the same way and will last only 5,000 years. According to the calculations described in the scriptures and Puranas, the current Kaliyuga is lasting 5,125 years., that is, Kaliyuga has completely ended.
